I used the large twister and 10 inch squares cut from a
variety of fat quarters. It went together very quickly. I have
left overs for a wall hanging, just haven't gotten to it yet.The
pattern is easy to follow. When you go to cut out the
squares you need a large space and large cutting mat. The
template comes with grippers that keep it from moving
when you are cutting. They worked so well I wish all the
rulers had them. I used a design wall to keep everything in
the right sequence. Be careful the edges of the squares are
on bias. A panto or all over quilting design works on this
quilt.
I will definitely use this pattern again for a quick scrapy
quilt. It can be done easily in a weekend. You can buy layer
cakes, precut 10 inch squares or cut your own. Tip:cut your
own 10 inch suares from fabric left over from other projects
or from fat quarters. You can cut charms squares at the
same time. Sort and save in ziplock bags, just cut a corner
of the bag off for ventilation. Great when you need a gift in a
hurry, the squares are already cut for you.

The Binding is my own technique totally done on the
machine.
